Title – Assistant Manager - IT• Timings – Rotational Shift per business requirement• Cab & Meals – Cab facility & one-time meal facility will be provided• Location – Hyderabad and Noida• Experience – 7+ yearsRoles and Responsibilities• Managing IT Infrastructure Operations of local site as well as remote site and providing support to Organization users• Managing the team to ensure timely delivery of services• Responsible for maintaining the quality standards for service deliveries, meeting committed SLA on all tickets logged for/by the users, analysis of the location data• Active Directory (Hybrid, On-Prem, Cloud), ADFS, DHCP, DNS, CA, SSO, GPO management.• Cisco, Sonic Wall & Untangle UTM/ Firewall / VPN / Router / Switch management• Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate technical issues to clients whether internal or external• Responsible to take improvement initiatives by proposing solution, SOP• Should be able to implement & governance of IT policies and procedures• Resolving queries/issues within the set TAT and act as Single Point of Contact for any escalation reported.• Implementing &/or isolate long term solutions to recurring problems• To act as performance manager to [x] staff for the next appraisal year and conduct regular meetings with staff to review progress• Assist team members to understand strengths and areas for development on each assignment/Projects.• Continuously develop industry/business/sector knowledge• Share knowledge within and between teams so that others can succeed• Identifying areas of improvement and working towards it• On Cloud : Hosted VoIP PBX management• On Premises VoIP PBX management.• Cisco, Sonic Wall & Untangle UTM/ Firewall / VPN / Router / Switch management• Interact with other departments and co-ordinate for activities involving cross department• Managing & Taking care Internal/External IT audits & ISO AuditsCandidate's Profile• Detail oriented, organized, and thorough• 10+ years of experience• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Educational Qualification - Graduation/B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MSc / MCA in Technology with MCSE / MCSA / A+ / N+ CCNA /CCDA / CCSP /CCNP• Friendly, positive, and pro-active attitude
