Role Summary :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM, and have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

- This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

- You will be responsible for leading ServiceNow development efforts, ensuring best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Development and Architecture :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, primarily focusing on ITSM modules.

- Architect and implement complex workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and APIs.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow development.

- Perform code reviews and ensure quality of deliverables.

- Optimize ServiceNow performance and scalability.

- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and patching.

ServiceNow Integrations :

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and other integration methods.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Maintain and document integration processes.

ITSM and ITIL :

- Apply ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management best practices in ServiceNow implementations.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet business requirements.

- Provide expertise on IT Service Management processes.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT Service Management processes.

Stakeholder Management and Communication :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates on project progress and issues.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for users.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting :

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

- Provide timely and effective support to users.

- Document solutions and knowledge base articles.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integrations.

- Proficiency in developing complex workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and APIs.

- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management best practices.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in Agile development methodologies.

- Immediate joiner capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD).

- Experience in ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules.

- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly.

- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP).

- Experience with automated testing within the service now platform.
