OneCap is a VC backed AI-powered FinOps startup that helps businesses streamline finance operations. We’re scaling rapidly with customers and ecosystem partners across India.Role OverviewWe’re looking for Customer Success Associates with 1+ year of experience in finance or customer-facing roles. You’ll work closely with product & sales teams and customers to drive smooth onboarding, adoption, and long-term success on OneCap’s AI-driven platform.Key Responsibilities - Lead customer onboarding and implement finance workflows on the OneCap platform. - Understand processes like payables, receivables, and reconciliations to guide and support customers. - Conduct product demos, training sessions, and gather feedback to enhance adoption. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve user experience. - Track engagement, analyze usage patterns, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer success practices.Requirements - B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA with 1+ year of experience in accounting, finance operations or customer success. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. - Analytical, empathetic, and strong interest in automation in finance. - Experience with SaaS/ERP tools is a plus.What You’ll Get - Hands-on exposure to AI-driven finance automation and customer success in a growing B2B SaaS. - Work with finance teams across industries. - Direct mentorship from founders and opportunities to grow into senior customer success or product roles.
