This role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes. This is an excellent opportunity offering professional development within an international finance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Ledger & Journal Entry SupportPost journal entries and maintain general ledger accountsHelp ensure timely and accurate financial data entry and reportingFinancial Reporting & ReconciliationsAssist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statementsSupport bank reconciliations and intercompany transaction trackingPrepare financial reports and documentation as requestedAccounts Payable/Receivable & Closing SupportAssist with accounts payable and receivable processesCollaborate with the Cayman team to support closing activitiesAudit & Compliance SupportSupport senior accountants in audits and compliance activitiesRequired Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international or shared services environmentStrong understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger functionsFamiliarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similarProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlinesWillingness to work across time zones and collaborate with remote teamsPerformance MetricsTimeliness and accuracy of journal entries and reconciliationsCompletion of financial statements with minimal revisionsResponsiveness and support to the Cayman team during close periodsQuality and accuracy of audit support and documentationAdherence to deadlines and quality standards in AP/AR processingDemonstrated professional development and collaboration in a remote environment
