Job Title: MLOPs Director/Senior Director
Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore
Job Overview:
We seek an experienced MLOps Leader with expertise in MLOps, Data Engineering, and Data Science to lead complex client engagements and operationalize scalable processes. The ideal candidate will design innovative solutions, mentor staff, and establish best practices.
Key Skills:
- Design innovative solutions aligned with client expectations and requirements.
- Develop, deliver, and operationalize scalable processes for large and complex client engagements.
- Engage with clients to grow and deliver business by designing end-to-end solutions.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance data science capabilities.
- Research, develop, evaluate, and optimize emerging algorithms and technologies.
- Strong expertise in MLOps tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and model versioning.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and tools.
Desirable Skills:
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in leading teams focused on generative AI projects.
- Robust analytical skills to address intricate business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Masters/PhD in CSE/IT from a Tier 1 institute.
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in building software applications.
