Zenatix by Schneider Electric is looking for a Senior Engineer-BMS as a part of the deployment team. Detailed JD is shared below:

Roles And Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling end-to-end multiple project execution at a time with proper documentation, weekly progress reporting and client calls.

Responsible for handling and supporting the onsite team during installation, maintenance, and service post installation.

Responsible for handling BMS and EMS projects broadly covering HVAC high side and low side, energy monitoring in different project domain commercial outlets/ Office Space// Hotels / Hospitals).

Responsible for Initiating project planning with Budgeting, BOQ verification& preparation in case of changes and project plan, resource allocation & budgeting of new onboarded projects from sales team.

Collaboration and coordination with different internal teams ( Sales/Account Manager/Program Manager / Technology / Finance / product ) to mitigate the roadblocks to achieve a committed  timeline of project delivery and handover.

Responsible for monitoring and taking initiative for upskilling the junior members of the team (Technicians/ Junior Engineers).

Responsible for managing day to day operations of the projects assigned and presenting weekly & monthly progress reports with risk mitigation plans.

Responsible for checking and validating the daily progress progress and sharing the same with the senior management on daily basis

Responsible for handling and ability to deal with out-sourced vendors and inhouse teams based on the project's requirements.

Technical Expertise and Requirements:

5-8 Years hand on experience in designing, planning, executing projects of BMS or IOT-BMS in HVAC/Energy Monitoring/Energy optimisations.

Should have thorough knowledge of IO's/PLC logics/Schneider RPCs etc.

Strong understanding with the operational logics of HVAC (chiller/VRVs/VRFs/ HVAC pumping ) and Installation & commissioning different field devices ( Pressure switches, Pressure transmitters, Immersion sensors, Valve & Actuator, VFD, BTU meter, Temperature & Humidity sensors, PLC etc.)

Sound Knowledge of Low Tension Switchgear used (Contactor, ACB,  different types of Relays, Starters etc).

Hands-on experience with interpreting electrical drawings and documents.

Must have knowledge of different communication protocols (e.g. BACnet over IP/Modbus-RTU/Modbus TCP over IP/ BACnet MSTP).

Proficient in Microsoft tools and Google Spreadsheets.

Able to travel to PAN India according to project requirements.

Must have strong Analytical skills for taking data driven decisions.


Education:
Bachelors / master's degree in electrical /mechanical /Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering Having hands-on experience on MS-Projects/Primavera P6 would be a plus. Having a certificate for Energy Manager from the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) would be an advantage Understanding of Ashrae standards or certification in relevant HVAC specialization would be a plus.
