CBE COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

  1. Exam Coordination
  • Plan, schedule, and manage ACCA Computer-Based Exam (CBE) sessions in accordance with ACCA guidelines.
  • Verify candidate eligibility, including document checks and registration validation.
  • Ensure timely communication of exam schedules, rules, and procedures to candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and ACCA representatives to ensure compliance with examination standards.
  1. Candidate Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all candidate queries, providing clear, timely, and professional responses.
  • Offer guidance on exam formats, rules, and preparation requirements.
  • Manage pre-exam and post-exam communication to ensure candidates are well informed.
  1. Technical & Venue Setup
  • Oversee all technical requirements for CBE sessions, including software installation, system checks, and network stability.
  • Ensure the exam venue meets ACCA compliance standards for comfort, security, and accessibility.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues promptly during the exam to minimise disruptions.
  1. Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of candidate registrations, attendance, and exam results.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to ACCA and internal management.
  • Ensure data security in accordance with organisational policies and examination regulations.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Education Management, IT, or related discipline).
  • Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with ACCA structure, examination policies, and CBE procedures is an advantage.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple exam sessions, deadlines, and administrative tasks with precision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with candidates and stakeholders.
