Academic Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Academic Assistant to support our faculty members. This role is essential for maintaining academic efficiency through data management, analysis, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Data Management: You'll be responsible for maintaining and updating academic databases, including student records, grades, and research data.

⦁ Data Analysis: You will collect and analyze data to generate reports on student performance and course evaluations, assisting faculty with data preparation for presentations and publications.

⦁ Faculty Support: This includes providing administrative support like scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing course materials, and helping with research activities and event coordination.

⦁ Administrative Duties: You will also handle general office tasks, such as managing documents and responding to student inquiries.

Qualifications:

⦁ A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

⦁ Experience with data management and analysis, preferably in an academic setting.

⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

⦁ Strong organizational and communication skills.
