Looking for Senior Tech Support Lead and Engineers with a minimum of 5 years experience with FLUENT ENGLISH speaking and writing skills. Ability to configure Routers, Design Networks, Voice SIP Trunking a Plus. Manage over 500 Networks for Large US Multinationals. Work US time.

Responsibilities

Manage day to day operations Remote Tech Support for Network outages, WAN Managed Routers Cisco and Mikrotik configuration and Telco co-ordinated turn up of WAN networks from 1 Gig to 10Gig. Manage voice SIP connections (BVOIP) configuration of AdTran and interface and testing with PBX.

Qualifications

Strong Networking Skills with Mikrotik and Cisco. Must be able to configure for BGP protocol. Adaptable skills to be trained on voice configuration of AdTran Terminal Adapter devices. Self learner - strong intellectual curiosity and strong English speaking skills a must. Strong organization skills, with pro-active performance.

Salary: Up to INR 100,000 or higher a month based on experience

5 Positions Available: Level 2-3 Techs. Ability to Configure Routers, BGP, strong discovery and curiosity skills to self teach.
