About Profile
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building high-performing sales teams, expanding B2B and B2C channels, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in shaping the company's commercial strategy and expanding our market
presence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's goals.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
● Forecast revenue targets and ensure the achievement of business goals.
● Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.
● Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the sales force.
● Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
● Foster strong relationships with key B2B clients, corporate accounts, and partners.
● Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
● Identify and develop new business channels, including online platforms and strategic alliances.
● Drive expansion into new markets and territories.
● Collaborate with marketing for promotional and lead generation campaigns.
● Track and report on sales performance metrics and ROI.
● Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and plans.
● Present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Required skills:
Strong understanding of the car rental or automotive industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing large teams and multi-location operations.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
