Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Technical Consultant with a strong background in JavaScript and React to join our founding team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing technical teams and overseeing project deliverables. This role involves directly engaging with clients to gather business requirements and provide technical clarifications. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client-facing communication skills, offering a unique opportunity to shape our presence in Bangalore from the ground up. The candidate must be open to being trained on Freshworks and other CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Platform Expertise: Provide expert-level technical consultation and implementation services, with a willingness to learn and work on platforms like Freshworks (Freshsales, Freshservice, Freshdesk, Freshchat), as well as other CRM, ITSM, and customer engagement platforms.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-3 technical resources, ensuring high performance, skill development, and adherence to best practices.
    • Deliverables Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions and projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, scope, budget, and timelines.
      • Client Engagement & Business Requirements: Act as a technical point of contact for clients, engaging directly to understand business requirements, provide technical clarifications, and propose optimal solutions.
        • Solution Design & Architecture: Design and architect scalable and robust solutions, aligning with client needs and technical best practices.
          • Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implementation-related issues.
            • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
              • Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.

Must-Have Qualifications and Skills :

• Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in technical implementation and consultation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React.
    • Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 2-3 technical resources.
      • Client Interaction: Demonstrable experience in directly interacting with clients to gather business requirements, provide technical clarifications, and manage expectations.
        • Project & Deliverables Management: Strong understanding and experience in managing technical project deliverables from inception to completion.
          • Adaptability: Openness to be trained on and work with new platforms, including Freshworks and other CRM/ITSM platforms.
            • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
            • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Good-to-Have Qualifications and Skills :

• Experience with CRM, ITSM, or customer engagement platforms.
• Familiarity or exposure to AWS cloud solutions.
• Familiarity or exposure to Zoho products.
• Experience with integration methodologies (APIs, webhooks) and data migration.
