With a strong focus on quality, compliance, and innovation, the firm enables clients to operate with confidence in a rapidly evolving investment landscape.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and deliver Investor Reporting packages for Private Equity (preferred) and Hedge Fund clientsDevelop, validate, and review Investor/LP templates, investor statements, and capital activity reportsPerform and review IRR calculations, MOIC, cash flow analysis, and capital account summariesCoordinate and manage audit confirmations, investor queries, and mailbox handlingExecute manual monthly/quarterly reporting (not extraction-based)Oversee LP onboarding, documentation validation, and client communication workflowsEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reporting standards and audit requirementsContribute to process improvement, quality checks, and operational controlsMentor or lead team members depending on seniority (Team Manager role involves full team management)Mandatory Skills✔ Strong hands-on experience in Investor Reporting (Private Equity preferred)✔ Experience reviewing and preparing LP/Investor reporting templates✔ Proficiency with IRR, MOIC, cash flows, capital activities✔ Exposure to audit confirmations and investor communication workflows✔ Experience with manual monthly/quarterly reports✔ Strong review ability; team management experience for senior candidates✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skillsImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)🚫 Do NOT apply if:You have less than 6 years or more than 10 years of total experienceYou do not have hands-on investor reporting experience (PE/HF)You do not possess IRR/MOIC/Cash Flow reporting experienceYou do not have reviewer/team management experience (as applicable)Your background is unrelated (e.g., corporate accounting, audit-only, operations only)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL mandatory criteria.Irrelevant or mismatched profiles will not be considered.
