Traqo is hiring an SDR (Sales Development Representative) for our Noida office. If you're energetic, great at communication, and excited to grow in B2B SaaS sales - this is the right opportunity for you.𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐪𝐨.𝐢𝐨: Fast-growing SaaS company in the Logistics/TMS industryHigh-ownership role with clear growth path (SDR → AE → AM)Work from our Noida office with a young, collaborative, and dynamic teamGet hands-on experience interacting with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:Run outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calls, and emailIdentify, research, and qualify leads in logistics, transportation, and supply-chain verticalsBook meetings and demos for the sales teamUnderstand customer pain points and pitch Traqo’s TMS solutions effectivelyMaintain CRM hygiene and track outreach metricsWork closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to improve messaging and targeting𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:0–2 years of experience in sales / lead generation / SDR roles (Freshers welcome)Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsComfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and handling objectionsStrong learning attitude and persistenceBased in / ready to work from Noida (On-site)Prior experience in SaaS/Logistics is a plus, but not mandatory𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)Understanding of logistics workflows (optional)Prior B2B outreach or lead-gen experienceDM outreach is only for candidates.Recruitment agencies are requested not to DM.Interested in this role?
