Job Overview

Join SONI AND SONI as a Client Success Associate at our Ahmedabad office. This full-time, mid-level position requires up to 6 years of work experience. The role focuses on fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our robust IP services. You'll collaborate with our skilled team to maintain client satisfaction through effective relationship management and strategic communication.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex IP concepts effectively to clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving (Mandatory skill): Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Account Management: Proficiency in managing client accounts to ensure service quality and address client needs comprehensively.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of intellectual property services to guide and educate clients effectively.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently without compromising service quality.
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in analyzing client requirements and translating them into strategic IP protection plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in delivering client-centric solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their IP protection needs.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IP services and solutions.
  • Educate clients on the range of services provided by SONI AND SONI and offer insights into best practices for IP management.
  • Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of client projects and handle any deviations from planned timelines.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate the value of IP services offered by the firm.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling additional services based on client needs and feedback.
