Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience for a full-time senior position in Ahmedabad. As a key player in our team, you will drive the design of advanced automation systems, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. This role requires strong leadership in managing both projects and design teams, with an emphasis on creativity, strategy, and execution.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Project Management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to oversee and manage complex projects within specified deadlines while ensuring quality.
  • Design Thinking (Mandatory skill): Expertise in strategic design processes for innovation and problem-solving, focusing on user-centric approaches.
  • Design Software Proficiency (Mandatory skill): Advanced skills in design and drafting software to create and modify engineering designs and models.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating design teams to achieve objectives and maintain high performance levels.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Strong acumen in identifying issues and creating innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for clear collaboration with team members and effective client interaction.
  • Budget Management: Ability to plan, monitor, and control budgets effectively, maximizing resource utilization for optimal results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
