Bloom AI is in Raleigh (U.S.) and New Delhi (India).Position: Senior Business Analyst – Sustainability ReportingWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support a client project focused on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The primary objective of this role is to drive the standardization, accuracy, and integration of CSRD Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization. This role requires expertise in developing and managing a centralized repository of both quantitative and qualitative data for seamless CSRD reporting.Key Responsibilities:CSRD KPI StandardizationCollaborate with stakeholders to define and standardize quantitative data points for CSRD KPIs.Ensure consistency and accuracy across all metrics, aligning definitions and measurement methods across departments.Documentation and DefinitionsDevelop and maintain standardized definitions and tracking periods for CSRD KPIs.Create detailed business analysis documentation, including user requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing documentation.Maintain data dictionaries and catalogues to uphold high-quality data deliverables.Data Collection and Repository ManagementCoordinate with various functions to collect accurate and complete data.Build and manage a centralized repository of quantitative data, ensuring data integrity, security, and regular updates.System Integration PreparationWork collaboratively in an agile framework with solution architects, UX designers, product owners, and delivery teams.Develop test strategies, define test cases, and ensure alignment between the repository and system data tables for efficient reporting.Qualifications and Experience:Experience: 4–6 years, preferably in sustainability reporting, with exposure to business insights, analysis, and reporting.Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in Commerce, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.Skills: Proven expertise in data analysis, particularly in sustainability or corporate reporting projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
