This role involves content strategy, platform management, audience engagement, analytics, and brand building. It is ideal for undergraduates who want serious, full-time exposure to digital marketing and social media operations. Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goalsCreate monthly and weekly content calendarsPlan campaigns, launches, and promotional activities2. Content ManagementWrite captions, hashtags, and content copiesSuggest reel/video ideas and trending formatsCoordinate with graphic designers, editors, and content writersEnsure brand voice, consistency, and quality across platforms3. Platform HandlingManage platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook (and others if required)Schedule posts, stories, reels, and updatesMaintain posting frequency and platform hygiene4. Audience Engagement & Community BuildingRespond to comments, messages, and inquiriesBuild community engagement and brand trustHandle basic customer interaction professionally5. Analytics & ReportingMonitor insights, reach, engagement, and growth metricsPrepare performance reports and improvement suggestionsOptimize content based on data and trends6.
