Position: HR Generalist.

Experience: 3 to 4 years in HR & Admin department.

Location: Marol, Mumbai.

Working days: 6 days Onsite.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

- Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee records, attendance, payroll, and benefits administration.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.

- Handle employee grievances and provide effective solutions.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for various roles within the company.

- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Employee Engagement and Development:

- Implement and promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

- Organize training sessions, workshops, and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and suggest improvements where necessary.

Administration Management:

- Oversee office administrative functions, including inventory management, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of office infrastructure.

- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the premises.

- Manage and coordinate office facilities, including security systems, IT systems, phone lines, and electrical maintenance.

- Ensure timely utility bill payments (electricity, internet, etc.) and maintain proper records.

- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external partners for office-related needs.

- Maintain company vehicles, drivers, and track vehicle usage and related expenses.

- Conduct daily checks for security, water, and electric meter readings.

Requirements:

Experience: 4 years of experience in an HR Executive role, with exposure to administrative functions, preferably in the manufacturing or cosmetic industry.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing and cosmetic sectors.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Additional HR certifications are a plus.
