Key Responsibilities: ✔ Drive city-level Channel Sales & ECV targets ✔ Build, grow, and retain a high-performing broker/CP network ✔ Lead daily CP meetings to ensure strong lead generation ✔ Manage CP payouts and foster long-term relationships ✔ Champion brand integrity and operational excellence What We’re Looking For: ✅ Graduate/Postgraduate with 8+ years in Real Estate , Telecom , Hotel or Edtech industry& Channel Sales ✅ Strong Broker/CP network in Bangalore ✅ Proven leadership and team management skills ✅ Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset ✅ Fluent in required regional languages Ready to lead, scale, and make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?
