Job Position: Technical Program Manager

Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with expertise in DevOps, AWS migration, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Kubernetes to lead and manage complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing large-scale cloud migration initiatives, optimizing system reliability, and fostering a DevOps culture. This role requires strong technical acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of cloud infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, with a focus on AWS migration and Kubernetes deployment.

Collaborate with development, operations, and SRE teams to drive DevOps practice and improve system performance and reliability.

Develop and manage project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.

Oversee the implementation of AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Drive Kubernetes orchestration strategies for containerized applications, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.

Implement SRE principles to monitor, automate, and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability.

Manage and mitigate risks across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear project updates and reports.

Coordinate with product managers and engineering teams to define project requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.

Continuously improve processes for development, testing, deployment, and system monitoring, leveraging automation and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in program management with a focus on DevOps, AWS cloud migration, SRE, and Kubernetes.

Proven experience in leading large-scale AWS cloud migration projects.

Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

Experience in implementing DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).

Knowledge of SRE principles, with experience in system reliability, automation, and incident management.

Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and understand complex infrastructure issues.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

AWS certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) is a plus.

Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

Familiarity with microservices architecture and agile methodologies
