Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Associate Business Head to spearhead our Ed-tech firm's expansion and profitability. This role encompasses overseeing all business aspects, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, with a focus on driving the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the designated branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability for the business.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the company's customer base.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
  • Oversee product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Develop and manage the P&L for the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Recognize and mitigate key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly valued.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing P&L for a business unit.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
