At Disha Communications, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our digital division as we identify opportunities, build digital solutions, and grow our digital presence. Our ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing. They should have strong communication capabilities and be able to work with a team of DM professionals and must possess a customer-first mindset. Should have a strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and the ability to develop data pipelines that can be used to track, analyze, and improve results. This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills as well. This is a customer-centric role, working to translate the needs of the customer into online business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant resources and help recruit a team of well-balanced and hardworking digital marketers
  • Plan, strategise and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build, and maintain social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends & insights and optimise spends and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Plan and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimise user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Relevant experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Knowledge of web design procedures and tools
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Must be capable of motivating and teaching team members in order to help them grow
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should be up-to-date with the advances in web technology
  • Must be efficient in using technical language effectively, using all the appropriate internet jargon, and should know what makes a product innovative in the digital world
  • Should be comfortable writing and communicating effectively within the digital space

Mandatory Requirement:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency.
