The Liaison Officer will serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, including government agencies and clients. Daily responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining effective communication, and supporting the company’s project execution and coordination efforts. Additional tasks include providing timely updates on permits, approvals, and agreements while maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities and partners.QualificationsProven Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain strong professional relationships.Strong Communication and Training skills to effectively represent the company and ensure successful collaborations.Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve challenges, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.Proficiency in relevant tools, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and improving operational efficiency.Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks and processes is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in a liaison or compliance-focused role is an asset.Job Title: Liaisoning OfficerLocation: TMC (Local Candidate Preferred)Company: House Of SwamirajJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and proactive Liaisoning Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a local resident of the TMC area and possess strong knowledge of MHADA paperwork and related documentation processes.Key Responsibilities:Handle liaising activities with government and municipal departments.Manage and process MHADA-related paperwork efficiently.Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities for approvals and documentation.Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of required documents.Travel to various offices/locations as needed for follow-ups and submissions.Required Skills & Qualifications:TMC local candidate (mandatory).Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MHADA paperwork.Typing proficiency in Marathi and English (mandatory).Good communication and follow-up skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Must have own bike for field travel.Experience: 1–3 years (Liaisoning preferred)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
