Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, developing and implementing CRM strategies, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. The role also involves overseeing market segmentation and project management activities to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and experience in customer data analysisExcellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teamsExperience in Sales and Market SegmentationProficiency in Project ManagementExperience with CRM systems and related technologiesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the trading or financial services industry is a plus
