Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, developing and implementing CRM strategies, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. The role also involves overseeing market segmentation and project management activities to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
