This is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end technical program execution, mentoring high-performing engineering teams, driving delivery excellence, and working directly with senior stakeholders and clients.If you are passionate about building scalable engineering delivery frameworks, modernizing legacy estates, and leading complex cloud-native transformations, this role is ideal for you.✅ Key Responsibilities🚀 Strategic Delivery LeadershipDevelop and execute delivery strategies with clear KPIs, quality benchmarks, and playbooks.Drive DevOps maturity, modernization and re-engineering initiatives across portfolios.📦 Project & Technical OversightLead full project lifecycle: planning → mobilization → delivery → go-live → handover.Provide technical direction on full-stack development (.NET/JAVA), DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud (Azure/AWS).👥 People & Team LeadershipLead large technical teams (architects, DevOps engineers, developers).Responsible for hiring, ramp-up, ramp-down, and capability development.🤝 Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the senior point of contact for CXO-level customer discussions.Manage expectations, negotiate timelines, and ensure strong relationship management.🛡 Risk, Quality & GovernanceIdentify and mitigate technical delivery risks.Ensure compliance with delivery governance, documentation, and quality standards.Conduct design reviews, technical walkthroughs, and ensure robust QA practices.🤖 Innovation & AI AdoptionProvide directional understanding of AI Agents and how they integrate into modern delivery models.✅ Required Skills & Qualifications12+ years in technical delivery, engineering leadership, or solution delivery.Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure/AWS, DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, microservices, scripting, and cloud-native architectures.Experience leading re-engineering, modernization, or cloud migration programs.Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban).Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
