The Lead Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. They will also oversee sales strategies, analyze market trends, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services or products.QualificationsProven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business DevelopmentStrong Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship-Building skillsMarket Analysis and Strategic Planning abilitiesAbility to lead and motivate a team to meet sales goalsProficiency in CRM software and data analysis toolsAdaptability, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindsetBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExposure to the infrastructure or construction industry is a plusExperience Range: Minimum 1 year to maximum 4 yearsSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
