Loch maintains consistent quality controls and seamless collaboration across multiple teams and service streams. Purpose of the role The Domain Manager oversees the full lifecycle of all domains owned or managed by the organisation. The role ensures organised tracking, secure DNS management, timely renewals and structured governance of domain related assets. The position supports technical, marketing and operations teams with domain provisioning and DNS updates.Responsibilities and dutiesMaintain and update a complete inventory of all domains and registrarsMonitor renewal dates and manage renewals without service interruptionsManage DNS records including A, AAAA, MX, TXT, CNAME and other required entriesCoordinate new domain setups for websites, landing pages and email systemsMaintain structured cataloguing and documentation for domain managementRecord DNS changes with timestamps, reasons and rollback notesEnsure domain security through SPF, DKIM, DMARC and registrar level protectionsReview registrar accounts periodically for access security and 2FA complianceSupport marketing and technical teams with domain related integration requirementsAssist with hosting migrations, name server updates and related technical setupsPrepare domain status and risk reports as required Key deliverablesUpdated domain portfolio with registrar and renewal informationVerified DNS records supporting websites, emails and tracking setupsTimely renewals completed without lapsesDocumented DNS change logs and SOPsSecurity protocols applied consistently across all domainsCompliance and confidentiality All domain related work must be completed using approved systems.
