SEW Marketing Research Manager/Lead will be responsible for developing and providing strategic direction for research into the latest technologies, processes, innovation, and trends and finding innovative ways of developing and enhancing existing products. We seek an experienced professional, passionate about the utility industry, and willing to explore and formulate innovative research plans and creative ways to make our products stand out. This talented and self-driven individual will accelerate our efforts and be a significant part of our high-quality culture. Technically well-versed and business savvy, we are looking for a blend of passion and hunger to deliver. You will be required to:
• Extensive cross-team collaboration for developing/enhancing products by identifying potential improvements, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and product roadmaps.
• Engage in a thorough understanding of the product and understanding of customers' needs by specifying the intent of research needed to obtain information.
• Focus on creating solid storyboarding, value proposition and messaging of the undertaken research.
• Identifying critical insights for internal team communications that aligns with product marketing objectives.
• Review industry solutions, understanding trends, industry landscape, to charter the product improvements.
• Focus on creating an intelligent knowledge repository that deepens product and market understanding
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate the impact of market change and potential effects on product design and development.
• Stay current on any technology changes that may affect product design and development and advise others of any impact. Basic Qualifications:
• Strong practical mindset and ability to read and interpret critical insights and patterns and translate them to others.
• Act independently
• Proven management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development.
• MBA in marketing with 3+ years of industry experience from B-School
• Bachelor's degree in BTECH computer science or MCA
• Prior experience in a product company
