You’ll play a key role in defining architecture, guiding teams, and building scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth with leadership skills, someone who can balance architecture and strategy with execution and delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering, lead cross-functional teams, and influence the overall technical direction of the company.What You’ll DoDesign and own architecture across frontend and backend, defining service boundaries, APIs, and data flows.Lead full project cycles from discovery and design to implementation and deployment.Build robust Python (FastAPI) microservices and modern React/Next.js frontends.Implement event-driven and asynchronous workflows using Kafka, SNS/SQS, or EventBridge.Manage AWS infrastructure using Pulumi or Terraform and automate CI/CD pipelines.Establish observability frameworks for performance, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.Enforce best practices in security, governance, and compliance (AWS Well-Architected, OWASP).Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical guidance.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams to align on priorities and trade-offs.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and uphold technical and architectural standards across teams.
