This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Head of Department at M M Castings Pvt. Ltd at our Ballabgarh & Palwal Plant. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the CNC department, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining machine efficiency, and leading a team of CNC operators. There's CNC machining done at our Ballabgarh facility & CNC pattern making at our Palwal facility. We use CN C Vertical Lathes & Routers . The parts are unique and both plants require different skillset, since you will be working with wood & metal, both. You will be expected to some ample time on the shop floor helping to improve operator efficiency and bringing quality improvements. Qualifications
Proficiency in CNC machining and programming
Experience in managing a team of CNC operators
Knowledge of machine maintenance and optimization
Wiling to travel between 2 plants
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Relevant certification or diploma in CNC machining
