🌟 We're Hiring: Planning Engineer – Infrastructure Projects🕒 Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling of infrastructure projectsAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team, playing a critical role in the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in planning and scheduling, with a strong track record on complex civil infrastructure developments, including superstructures, bridges, and underpasses.Experience with RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) projects is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar toolsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of plans with executionPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project forecastsIdentify project risks, delays, and propose mitigation strategiesTrack resource usage and ensure efficient allocation aligned with project timelinesConduct time impact analysis for variations, delays, and extension of time (EOT) claimsAttend client and consultant meetings to present planning deliverables and progress reportsSupport in tender planning and bid submissions for future infrastructure projectsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; PMP certification is a plus.Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling of infrastructure projectsProven expertise in bridges, underpasses, superstructures, and related civil worksStrong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning toolsRTA experience (UAE) is highly preferredExcellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills**Interested candidates can apply directly or share their CV on Abhijeet@sofomation.com**
