Job Title: Senior Real-Time Voice AI Engineer

Experience: 2–5 years (minimum 2 years relevant experience; 3–5 preferred)

CTC / Compensation: ₹8–10 LPA

Location: Work from Office Only (Bengaluru)

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy speech processing pipelines (ASR, VAD, TTS, noise suppression, echo cancellation, speaker diarization).
  • Build / integrate real-time voice streaming infrastructure using WebRTC, WebSockets, and media servers.
  • Implement NLP / conversational models for intent understanding and dialog management.
  • Ensure low latency, high audio quality, and robust performance over unstable networks.
  • Work on signaling, codec negotiation, bandwidth adaptation, and error handling.
  • Develop monitoring and logging systems for real-time performance (latency, jitter, drop rates).
  • Collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps/MLOps teams to deploy and scale models.
  • Maintain data privacy, security, and compliance in all voice applications.
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong experience in ASR, TTS, and audio signal processing.
  • Hands-on with WebRTC (browsers/clients), WebSockets, RTP/RTCP, ICE/STUN/TURN.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Proven track record of building real-time, low-latency systems.
  • Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with NLP / conversational AI models.
  • Good knowledge of audio codecs and streaming systems.
Bonus Skills
  • Speaker diarization, separation, or real-time voice enhancement.
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) or conversational AI platforms.
  • Mobile voice application development experience.
  • Prior work on voice agents, IVR, or real-time communication systems.
  • Knowledge of privacy and compliance frameworks for voice data.
