Who We Are:

Mable AI helps D2C brands create optimised AI training datasets for targeting algorithms on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Analytics—boosting ad profitability through cleaner, higher-quality event data.

With a fast-growing customer base, we're looking for a Solution Engineer to ensure that every client setup runs at peak performance—spotting issues early, maintaining top-tier event quality, and helping us continuously improve our platform's tracking capabilities.

What You'll Do

Monitor & Maintain – Keep a close eye on customer event counts, data flow, and event quality across supported Ad platforms, proactively catching inconsistencies before they become problems.

Investigate & Troubleshoot – Dive into customer setups to diagnose issues, respond to technical support tickets, and ensure that tracking pipelines are accurate and reliable.

Collaborate & Communicate – Work directly with customers to clarify technical needs, and with our dev team to create clear, actionable development support tickets.

Define & Improve – Establish requirements for monitoring, testing, and QA processes; suggest enhancements to product features based on findings.

Proactive Checks – Review manual tracking setups with context and attention to detail, ensuring events are firing exactly as intended.

Report & Recommend – Document and share insights with the product team to help shape the next generation of our AdTech solutions.

  • Organised & Analytical – Highly detail-oriented, structured, and persistent in chasing down inconsistencies.
  • Customer-Friendly Communicator – Comfortable speaking directly with customers and translating technical concepts clearly.
  • Exceptional Communication – Ability to communicate in clear, neutral, and professional English, both spoken and written, for global client interactions.
  • Problem Solver – Ability to investigate issues independently and suggest practical solutions.
  • Light Tech Background – Experience in software development, data analytics, or tracking setups.
  • AdTech Familiarity – Understanding of event tracking on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Analytics.
  • Bonus Points – German language skills.
