Senior HVAC Executive Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Senior HVAC Executive to lead our capital projects, focusing on material handling and documentation. This role requires ensuring compliance with company regulations and procedures in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. Senior HVAC Executive Responsibilities: Develop project proposals, detailed drawings, and specifications for assigned projects using AutoCAD and established standards. Collaborate with builders to establish project requirements and understand design concepts. Manage project stage documentation during the construction phase, guaranteeing adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and established safety standards. Track project inventories according to schedule requirements. Ensure online documentation during project execution and archival of project-related documents. Coordinate activities of outside consultants and contractors in the execution of design and construction work. Essential Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Technologist program or equivalent field experience with 8+ years of experience in construction or healthcare industries. Able to demonstrate knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory regulations regarding facility operations. Good understanding of project management including project planning, cost management, time management, construction management, quality management, contract administration, safety management, and statutory approvals management. Experience of financial/budgetary processes and vendor management. Desired Skills: Agile methodology, Architectural Engineering, Business Continuity, Change Controls, Construction Management, Cost Management, Flexibility, General HSE knowledge, HVAC, Knowledge Of CAPA, Knowledge Of GMP, Knowledge Of relevant tools and systems, Manufacturing Production, Project Commissioning, Project Engineering, Project Implementations, Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Software Development, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
