The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, client-handling experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple accounts while driving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account Management:Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.Understand client objectives, business challenges, and translate them into actionable solutions.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services and solutions in line with client expectations.Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.Proactively identify growth opportunities and develop new business within existing accounts.Operations & Delivery Oversight:Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.Oversee operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth coordination between clients and vendors.Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and share detailed reports with stakeholders.Leadership & Strategy:Guide and mentor team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.Analyze business requirements to identify process improvements and operational enhancements.Support in strategic planning and execution of company-wide initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies, client SLAs, and regulatory standards.Requirements & SkillsProven experience (6+ years) as a Key Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Operations Lead.Strong background in client servicing, operations, or business management.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.Leadership skills with experience in managing teams and cross-departmental coordination.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and project management software.Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.Why Join UsBe part of a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team.Work with top industry professionals and high-profile clients.Opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
