Compliance: Ensure that HR projects adhere to all applicable employment laws and regulations. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within HR operations and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Employee Engagement: Implement HR projects that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
