Title: Web & Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Near ICMA Bhawan) – 100% Onsite

Work Timings: 7:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST (Aligned with 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web & Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in web development, SEO, and social media management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with existing source code to make modifications under the guidance of stakeholders. Preferably, the candidate should have experience in the recruiting or staffing industry and a good understanding of U.S. geography and culture to enhance digital content and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Maintenance

  • Read, understand, and modify the existing source code to implement website updates and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Implement design and functionality changes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms).
  • Ensure website speed, security, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Manage hosting, domain configurations, and backups.

SEO Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content, metadata, images, and URLs for improved search rankings.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements, including schema markup and site structure enhancements.
  • Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, , and Twitter to drive engagement.
  • Optimize social media posts for brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, making data-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated on U.S. market trends, culture, and geography to tailor content effectively.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in web development and digital marketing.
  • Ability to read, understand, and modify existing source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
  • Experience in SEO optimization and content strategy.
  • Familiarity with recruiting or staffing industry practices (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues and implement performance improvements.
  • Understanding of U.S. geography and cultural nuances to enhance digital marketing strategies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or PPC campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Prior experience working with recruitment/staffing firms.

This is a 100% onsite individual contributor role based in Noida, Sector 62.
