We at JoshiJampala Engg. Pvt. Ltd., Satara, are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified HR Manager to join our team.

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function within our organization.

With a minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR operations and implementing effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.

3. Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

4. Implement and maintain an effective performance management system, including performance appraisals, coaching, and feedback.

5. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.

6. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

7. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

8. Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and other activities to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.

9. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR-related documentation and records.

10. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

2. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

4. Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

8. Proficient in HR software and systems.

9. Professional certification (e.G., PHR, SPHR) preferred but not required.

SALARY: Upto 10 LPA
