This position would be responsible to lead a team of pre-sales outsourced and in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects. Key Competencies:- Ability to convert enquiries into site visit.- Adaptability, innovation, and excellent teamwork skill- Ability to work under pressure- Excellent communicationResponsibilities:- Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members- Generating leads through cold calling of data- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads- Cross-using leads for various projects- Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.
