Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Executive Chef located in Ujjain. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure the quality and consistency of dishes, and create new recipes while maintaining the authenticity of South Indian cuisine. Responsibilities will include menu planning, managing kitchen staff, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Extensive knowledge and experience in South Indian cuisineProficiency in menu planning, recipe creation, and kitchen managementStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to maintain high standards of food quality and consistencyExcellent organizational and time management skillsUnderstanding of inventory control, cost management, and health and safety regulationsFormal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plusStrong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
