Junior Accounts ExecutiveLocation: C-Scheme, Jaipur | Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site | Experience: 3 Years to 5 YearsAbout the Organisation:ConnectHub is a 15-year-old digital agency that has helped brands like Huawei, Hisense, Toshiba, Dalmia, Cairn, and many others to market their products and solve business problems digitally.From building advanced eCommerce sites to running high-performance advertising campaigns, conversion analytics, and viral content strategies, the ConnectHub team is at the forefront of everything digital.About the Role:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to manage accounting and financial operations for a digital agency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in maintaining books, ensuring compliance, and managing day-to-day financial coordination across business divisions.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers in Tally PrimeHandle invoicing, vendor payments, and bank reconciliationsManage GST and TDS filings, payments, and monthly reconciliationsTrack expenses, accruals, and fund flows across divisionsPrepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reportsSupport cash flow planning and budget monitoringLiaise with auditors, consultants, and banks for statutory and audit requirementsConduct collections follow-up and maintain records of receivables and payablesEnsure all documentation, vouchers, and entries are updated and organised.Skills & ExperienceB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred3–5 years of experience handling full-cycle accountingProficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic compliance toolsWorking knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax processesStrong organisational, follow-up, and communication skillsAbility to work independently with accuracy and accountabilityAdditional Information:Work Mode: On-Site (C-Scheme, Jaipur)Compensation: As per industry standards (commensurate with skills and experience)How to Apply:Please submit your resume along with a cover letter to hr@theconnecthub.comShortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
