Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Mid-Level (3–4 years)

Location: Onsite

Responsibilities

Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web applications,

backend APIs, and integrations.

Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing for

each build.

Verify data accuracy in MySQL databases and validate API responses.

Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira.

Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure

release readiness.

Ensure UI/UX consistency across different devices and browsers.

Conduct cross-environment testing (staging, pre-prod, production).

Validate deployments on AWS environments.

Maintain proper test documentation, checklists, and defect reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of QA experience in web application testing.

Strong understanding of manual testing principles and SDLC/STLC.

Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a

plus.

Proficiency in MySQL for data validation and backend checks.

Familiarity with PHP/Laravel applications.

Experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger).

Knowledge of version control (Bitbucket/Git).

Experience testing on cloud-hosted environments AWS .

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts.

Experience testing tokenization, wallets, or fintech products .

Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6).

Basic scripting knowledge for automation.
