Reporting to the Workday Support Lead, the person in this role will support the Talent Operations Team’s objective to provide and manage centralized, highly repeatable solutions that allow RSM to achieve business goals while balancing the needs of our employees.The Workday Support Specialist will execute and support a vast array of centralized operational processes and tasks related to Workday including requirement creation, job posting administration, quality management, and offer letter execution exceptions, hire transactions, candidates changes and updates.Job Responsibilities: Execute on and support a vast array of centralized operational TA business processes related to Workday. This may include:Requirement creation and ongoing administration Escalate to workday Support Manager, and coordinate with stakeholder regarding changes in start date or candidate statusJob Posting administration and ongoing maintenance, including Yello integration Quality review and audit for Workday processes and reporting including evaluations and employment applicationsExecute offer exceptions and compensation updates in WorkdayCollaborate effectively within and outside the team to ensure integrated approach to the Talent experience Communicate daily with Workday Support Manager on productivity, quality & availability Identify communication and operational issues arising during day-to-day administration activities, making recommendations for process improvements to continuously improve efficiency and customer service. Other duties as assigned Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition or HR System related functionExcellent written and verbal communications Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsHandles sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and qualityEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related degreePreferred RequirementsAbility to easily and effectively communicate complex information in a meaningful mannerAbility to work collaboratively with peers internally and external business partnersHighly organized with strong attention to detail and strong follow-through skillsAbility to manage concurrent projects and/or programsAbility to work well under pressure; meet established targets and goals in a high volume, fast-paced and rapidly changing work environmentAbility to work independently, effectively prioritize work and consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlinesMust be able to efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of inquiries and respond in a timely manner
