Technical Skills:

- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgets, and pricing strategies to develop profitable business deals and proposals.

- Strong negotiation techniques and contract management skills to secure favourable deals and agreements with clients.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a proven track record in B2B markets, particularly in building and leveraging deep personal connections with senior-level stakeholders in Procurement, Administration, Transport, and Facility Management.

- The ideal candidate will use their extensive network to generate leads, secure sign-ups, and contribute to the growth of the company by providing valuable market insights and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, nurture, and sustain strong personal relationships with senior-level executives in Procurement, Admin, Transport, and Facility Management.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate stakeholders.

- Leverage existing relationships to gain inside updates and actionable intelligence to build a strong sales pipeline.

- Identify and target potential corporate clients for business opportunities, ensuring alignment

with the company's goals.

- Develop a robust sales pipeline through active engagement with decision-makers.

- Drive the conversion of leads into signed agreements, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.

- Provide the leadership team with regular updates on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies and offerings.

- Share actionable intelligence gathered from personal networks to enhance service offerings and customer engagement.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, opportunities, and progress in CRM tools.

- Present weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and upcoming Network: Established strong personal rapport and connections with senior professionals in Procurement, Admin, Transport, and Facility Management across leading corporations.

- By actively participating in industry events, conferences, and forums, consistently staying updated on market trends, and maintaining proactive communication, I have fostered trust and built long-term partnerships with decision-makers.

- This network has enabled me to identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and deliver value-driven outcomes for clients, ensuring streamlined processes and enhanced satisfaction.
