As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure our product delivers a seamless and reliable experience across web, iOS, and Android platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesTest new features across web, iOS, and Android to ensure a smooth, consistent user experience.Write, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test cases for key workflows such as messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP.Perform testing across multiple layers — Web, Mobile, and APIs — to ensure complete end-to-end reliability.Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases across devices, browsers, and environments.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify issues early and ensure confident, stable releases.Conduct real-world testing to validate reliability and performance for field service teams in dynamic conditions.Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices as the product and team grow.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech preferred).3–5 years of proven QA experience in SaaS or mobile-first products.Strong background in manual testing, bug tracking (Jira), and clear documentation.Hands-on experience testing mobile (iOS/Android), web, and APIs.Practical experience with QA automation tools, including:Selenium / Playwright / Cypress – UI & regression testingAppium / Detox – mobile app automationPostman – API testing & automationBrowserStack / Sauce Labs – cross-browser & device testingA detail-oriented, proactive, and fast-moving mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Bonus: Familiarity with tools commonly used by SMBs or field service teams.Location PreferenceCandidates from Delhi/Gurgaon are strongly preferred.The position will begin as remote, transitioning to work-from-office in 3–4 months at our upcoming Delhi/Gurgaon location.Why Join NotifiOpportunity to be an early member shaping QA practices and quality standards.Direct impact on a fast-scaling product that empowers small businesses.Growth-focused, collaborative environment at our upcoming Delhi/Gurgaon office.
