About Company: Company is a Fast growing Fintech - SaaS startup.Roles & ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis: Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and leadership dashboards.Strategic Finance: Guide the leadership team on cash flow, business strategy, and long-term financial planning.Accounting & Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance operations, payroll, audit readiness, and all statutory compliance.Fundraising & Investor Relations: Create investor materials, support fundraising efforts, and manage ongoing investor communication.Systems & Compliance: Set up financial systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure strong governance.Product Support: Collaborate with the product team on initiatives related to GST, payments, and regulatory requirements.Key Skill Sets & QualificationsExperience: 6–8 years of relevant experience leading business finance functions after completing CA.Education: Chartered Accountant (1st attempt)Skills:Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical abilities.Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero.Clear, effective written and verbal communication.Attributes:Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.Able to move fluidly between strategy and execution.
