Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the finance accounts and audit functions of the organization Prepare and analyze financial statements MIS reports and budget forecasts Oversee cost accounting inventory valuation and product costing for manufacturing operations Manage export documentation LC handling forex transactions and bank coordination Ensure compliance with GST TDS FEMA and other statutory regulations Develop and monitor financial controls systems and processes Handle working capital management fund flow and cash flow projections Coordinate with banks auditors and government authorities for financial matters Provide strategic insights to management for business expansion and cost optimization Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure timely reporting and compliance Requirements Required Skill Sets Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance cost accounting and export finance Hands-on experience in Tally ERP SAP Zoho Books ERP finance modules Deep understanding of GST TDS Income Tax and FEMA compliance Expertise in LC bank dealings export documentation and forex management Strategic thinking with analytical and decision-making abilities Excellent leadership team management and communication skills Qualification CA CMA MBA Finance with 8-15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing export sector Benefits FinanceHead FinanceManager ExportFinance ManufacturingFinance ITHardwareIndustry AccountsHead FinancialController CFOJobs FinanceJobs ExportIndustry CostAccounting BudgetingAndMIS GSTCompliance FEMA TallyERP SAPFinance FinanceLeadership ManufacturingJobs
