Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in supporting our sales operations. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, and Email. Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain and update customer communication records using internal tools or CRM systems. Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth order coordination and follow-ups. Assist in preparing basic reports and client updates as needed. Essential Qualifications Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Any Graduate from an English-medium CBSE background. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Basic comfort with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Prior exposure to B2B environments, manufacturing industries, or inside sales roles.
