This is a field-intensive role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners—brokers, agents, and other intermediaries—to drive project sales across Bangalore.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, onboard, and nurture channel partners for DS-MAX projects.Conduct regular visits to partners, sharing project details, offers, and inventory updates.Organize and conduct site visits for partners and their clients.Distribute marketing material, brochures, and price lists.Coordinate with the internal sales team for booking closures.Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and broker meets.Maintain accurate daily visit and sales reports.Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred, not mandatory).Experience: Fresher (0–1 year). Prior field sales exposure is an advantage.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesQuick rapport-building skillsBasic knowledge of Bangalore’s real estate market (preferred)Self-motivated and target-driven mindsetCompensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹25,000/month (₹3 LPA)Attractive performance-based incentivesTravel allowance (as per company policy)Fast-track career growth opportunitiesWork Conditions6-day work week (Weekends are working, weekly off on a weekday)Extensive travel within Bangalore
