Who you will work with?

You will work with a multidisciplinary team in India, composed of Customer Support Executives and QAs. You'll interact with our customers, product teams and with other development teams around the world.

What you will do?

You will provide technical support to more than 3 million customers all over the world by answering their queries and helping them to understand Namecheap products & services based on their needs and assisting them configure our products. If you are passionate about assisting people, troubleshooting and build a career in IT, this opportunity will certainly help you to do it.

  • Any engineering/ computer science/ IT graduate with 0 - 2 years of experience in technical chat support
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Entry-level to intermediate experience working with chat and email support
  • Comfortable with handling multiple requests
  • Ability to help customers to understand Namecheap products & services and know which to select
  • Ability to help clients configure our products, so they can start and keep building their internet dreams
